Terms and Conditions for Fashion Weave

By purchasing from Fashion Weave, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

An order is considered accepted once you receive a confirmation email from Fashion Weave or a confirmation window after checkout, along with a system-generated order number. This email confirms that your order has been successfully placed, but does not guarantee availability or dispatch.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Fashion Weave reserves the right to cancel orders for various reasons, including, but not limited to:

  • Items being out of stock during the fulfillment process
  • Technical errors during the order placement
  • Suspicious or negative order history
  • Defective items discovered during quality control
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information (e.g., email address, shipping details)
  • Pricing discrepancies
  • Credit/debit card payment declined by the issuing bank

Customers can cancel their order at any time before the order has been processed or shipped. Once the order is processed or dispatched, cancellations may not be possible.

DELAYS

Fashion Weave will make its best efforts to ensure timely delivery of all orders. However, we are not liable for any delays in pickup, transport, or delivery, regardless of the cause. Fashion Weave will not be held responsible for any lost, damaged, mis-delivered, out-of-stock, or undelivered orders due to circumstances beyond our control. These include but are not limited to:

  • Acts of God (e.g., earthquake, cyclone, storm, or flood)
  • Force Majeure events, meaning any unforeseen events that prevent Fashion Weave from fulfilling its obligations under this agreement

In such cases, Fashion Weave will not be held responsible for any delays or failure to perform our duties as outlined in these terms and conditions.

ORDER PLACEMENT

  • Customers can place orders through the available payment methods on the website or via bank transfers.
  • Fashion Weave makes no guarantee regarding the availability of the products ordered. If an item is out of stock, we will offer you the option to choose an alternative product, design, or color within the same price range.
  • If no confirmation is received from the customer regarding out-of-stock items, the order may be canceled without further notification.
  • International orders are processed only after the customer makes full payment.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

Normal Days:

  • Local Delivery: 3 - 6 working days
  • International Delivery: 5 - 10 working days

During Sale Days:

  • Local Delivery: 4 - 14 working days
  • International Delivery: 10 - 14 working days
